What We Do

Championing the rights of women workers — from factories to homes, fields, and streets.
Hind Mahila Sabha is a women-led trade union advancing the rights, dignity, and welfare of women workers across formal and informal sectors. We advocate for fair wages, safe workplaces, and social protection through legal reforms, leadership training, and collective action. By strengthening access to healthcare, housing, and welfare schemes, and building global solidarity, we work toward a just and inclusive society where every woman worker enjoys equality, security, and respect.
